We currently hold individual training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 times. 2:30pm-3:30pm and 3:30pm-4:30pm. In order to ensure you get the most out of 1-on-1 training, we ask that athletes sign up for 5 sessions at a time. Sessions packages are good for 180 days after purchase. Once you purchase, you will be directed to a link to begin scheduling your sessions.
